The Alliance Chaplains and Law Enforcement had a great meeting in Brooklyn and surprised me, nominating me Director of Community and Social Services of Institution and promoting me to the rank of Chaplain Major.
These recognition means a lot to me.
I am humbled and it is a privilege for me to be a part of this great institution.
I’m proud and blessed for my family who raised me and taught me to be the person I am today.
I would like to thank all of the Chaplain Officers. Special thanks to our Commandant Luis Paniagua, Sandra Pabon and my brother Miguel Kuilan.
I would also like to thank all the volunteers of the Albanian American Open Hand Association.
