The Albanian American Humanitarian Organization Open Hands in the past few days began the action by distributing pizza and water for the homeless in Bronx Pelham Parkway, Pelham Bay, West Chester, and Manhattan along 125th Street.
This was the fourth time the association celebrated the 4th of July, the American birthday with the most needy people and the homeless.
AAOHA helps others through many religious, state and national holidays. It helps all communities by distributing foods, clothing for children, books, notebooks, bags, pencils and other equipment for the school season.
It also helps people with disabilities.
For the American birthday, almost everyone celebrates with their families but the homeless have no people to celebrate with and we have chosen to spend some hours with these needy by offering them laughter and hope and celebrating with them the 4th of July our great American celebration.

Gjithashtu ndihmon njerëzit me aftësi te kufizuara. per Ditelindjen Amerikane pothuajse te gjithe njerzit festojne pran familjeve te tyre por te pastrehet nuk kane asnje njeri afer vetes dhe ne zgjodhëm qe disa ore ti kalojme me keta nevojtar duke iu ofruar pak buzëqeshje dhe shprese dhe duke festuar me ta 4 Korrikun festen tone te madhe Amerikane.
